Avocado on Toast | Easy Breakfast in 10 Minutes

Ingredients:

  • Rye bread 1 slice
  • Roasted beetroot 50 g
  • Cottage cheese 30 g
  • ½ avocado
  • Olive oil

Cooking Instructions:

  1. This breakfast is packed with vitamins, great start of the day. Roast 1 beetroot in advance for 1 hour.
  2. Take 1 slice of rye bread and toast it. Then, smash 50 g of cooked beetroot with a fork along with 30 g of cottage cheese. Give that a good mix.
  3. Spread this mixture on your toast. Place a half of avocado on top. Drizzle some olive oil on top.
