- Rye bread 1 slice
- Roasted beetroot 50 g
- Cottage cheese 30 g
- ½ avocado
- Olive oil
- This breakfast is packed with vitamins, great start of the day. Roast 1 beetroot in advance for 1 hour.
- Take 1 slice of rye bread and toast it. Then, smash 50 g of cooked beetroot with a fork along with 30 g of cottage cheese. Give that a good mix.
- Spread this mixture on your toast. Place a half of avocado on top. Drizzle some olive oil on top.
