  • 1 slice of rye bread

  • 5 spinach leaves
  • ½ avocado
  • Curry 1 g

Cooking Instructions:

  1. Half-boil 1 egg in advance. Take one slice of rye bread and toast it.
  2. Then, spread 1 tablespoons of light cream cheese. Put 5 spinach leaves over cream cheese.
  3. Cut an egg in half and place it on your toast for protein.
  4. Then, add sliced avocado and a pinch of curry powder.
