Ingredients:

  • 4 bananas
  • 8 destoned dates
  • Ground ginger 1 teaspoon
  • Ground cinnamon 1 teaspoon
  • Water 1 liter

Cooking Instructions:

  1. Take 4 bananas and place them into a food processor, along with destoned 8 dates.
  2. Then, add 1 teaspoon of ground ginger and 1 teaspoon of ground cinnamon.
  3. Next, add 1 liter of water.
  4. Finally, whizz it up. Good for 4 people.
