First, prepare some marinade. Into a bowl add 2 tablespoons of olive oil, 1 tablespoon of lemon juice and 1 teaspoon of chili flakes. Season it with some salt and black pepper. This marinade is simple, but delicious.
Now, for the chicken. Take 2 chicken breasts and have a little score up on the chicken. Then, place your chicken into the marinade. Rub the marinade into the chicken.
Place your chicken into the hot pan with olive oil pan and cook until golden brown at medium heat for 4-5 minutes on each side.
Take 300 g of fresh asparagus and cut 2 cm slices. And place them into boiling water. Then, add 100 g of frozen peas and 100 g of frozen broad beans. Cook in boiling water for 4 minutes.

Next, place your boiled vegetables into the bowl. Slice a chicken breast and put on the veggies. Spoon the sauce over the chicken. Add 30 g of crushed feta cheese. Decorate with mint leaves.
