Chocolate Pots | Easy Dessert


  • Single cream 500 ml
  • Dark chocolate 200 g
  • Butter 20 g
  • Brandy 2 tablespoons
  • 2 egg yolks
  • Salt

Cooking Instructions:

  1. For this amazing dessert you need 500 ml of single cream and 200 g of good chocolate with 70% of cocoa solids.
  2. Pour your cream into the pan and heat a bit, than add 200 g of crashed chocolate. Stir the cream all the time. Make sure that it isn’t boiling.
  3. Next, add 20 g of butter and 2 tablespoons of good brandy. Stir it all the time.
  4. Then, add 2 egg yolks. Give that a good mix. Add a pinch of salt and whisk again. Stir for 1 more minute.
  5. Pour the chocolate mixture into the serving bowls or cups. You can eat this dessert warm. But it is better if you keep it in the fridge for 2 hours before eating. Serve your chocolate pots with cookies.
