For this amazing dessert you need 500 ml of single cream and 200 g of good chocolate with 70% of cocoa solids.
Pour your cream into the pan and heat a bit, than add 200 g of crashed chocolate. Stir the cream all the time. Make sure that it isn’t boiling.
Next, add 20 g of butter and 2 tablespoons of good brandy. Stir it all the time.
Then, add 2 egg yolks. Give that a good mix. Add a pinch of salt and whisk again. Stir for 1 more minute.
Pour the chocolate mixture into the serving bowls or cups. You can eat this dessert warm. But it is better if you keep it in the fridge for 2 hours before eating. Serve your chocolate pots with cookies.
