If you do not know how to cook Bolognese, it is high time to find that out by following Jamie Oliver’s recipe. Chop rosemary leaves and place them into the hot pan with olive oil.
Then, cut 100 g of bacon and add to the pan.
Take 1 kilo of minced beef and 1 kilo of minced pork and add to rosemary and bacon. Give that a good mix. Cook for 10 minutes at medium heat. Season with salt and pepper.
Put 2 onions, 4 carrots, 4 sticks of celery into the blender and mix that all up.
Add vegetables to the mince and cook for more 10 minutes.
Next, add 2 tablespoons of tomato puree along with 800 g of canned plum tomatoes.
