First, get a large non-stick pan and put it on a medium heat.
Then, prepare the batter. Take a regular mug 300 ml. the mug is going to be your measure. Place whole-wheat flour into your mug and then place it into the bowl. Then, pour some milk into the mug, and then pour it into the bowl. Crack 1 egg and give that batter a nice little mix. Then, add 1 teaspoon of cinnamon. Whisk that up.
Take 3 peeled bananas and cut them all the way down the length.
Add some olive oil into the hot pan and place your bananas in. Fry your bananas until nicely colored on both sides.
Spoon your batter over the banana so it is covered. Cook your pancakes for 2 minutes on each side on medium heat.
Chop some nuts and dried fruit for 6 portions.
When cooked, place one banana on the plate. Spoon 1 tablespoon of Greek yogurt over your pancake. Sprinkle some nuts and dried fruit over the Greek yogurt and spoon over some runny honey. Add a little touch of cinnamon.
