This is an easy omelette recipe with fried mushrooms. Start with the mushrooms. Take 30 g of oyster mushrooms, 30 g of field mushrooms, 30 g of noki mushrooms. Cut your mushrooms and place them into the pan with olive oil. Add 1 clove of sliced garlic and 5 g of thyme leaves. Season with salt and pepper. Then, add 30 g of butter and a tablespoon of lemon juice. Cook until the mushrooms release all the extra water. When cooked, place the mushrooms on the plate.
Then, wipe the pan with paper towel. Place the pan on low-medium heat and add some olive oil.
Crack 3 eggs and beat them with a fork, then, add some salt and pepper.
Next, pour the eggs into the pan and cook for 3 minutes. Then, grate some cheddar in. Next, add your mushrooms on one side of the omelette and fold it in half. Then, put your delicious omelette on the plate.
