Healthy Lean & Green Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • Greek yogurt 125 g
  • Coconut water 250 ml
  • Fresh spinach 20 g
  • 1 pear
  • ½ lime
  • 1 kiwi
  • Kale 30 g
  • Broccoli 30 g

Cooking Instructions:

  1. To prepare this smoothie you will need a food processor. Place 125 g of Greek yogurt into a food processor. Then, add 250 ml of coconut water.
  2. Next, add 20 g of fresh spinach and 1 peeled and sliced pear. Remove stalks from your kale and add to your food processor.
  3. Then, squeeze juice of a half of a lime and add 1 peeled kiwi.
  4. And your final thing is broccoli florets.
  5. Give all that a good blitz.
