Ingredients:
- Greek yogurt 125 g
- Coconut water 250 ml
- Fresh spinach 20 g
- 1 pear
- ½ lime
- 1 kiwi
- Kale 30 g
- Broccoli 30 g
Cooking Instructions:
- To prepare this smoothie you will need a food processor. Place 125 g of Greek yogurt into a food processor. Then, add 250 ml of coconut water.
- Next, add 20 g of fresh spinach and 1 peeled and sliced pear. Remove stalks from your kale and add to your food processor.
- Then, squeeze juice of a half of a lime and add 1 peeled kiwi.
- And your final thing is broccoli florets.
