Here you will find out how to make green properly to get hydrated in summer. To make it, you need some green tea leaves, some fennel seeds, some dried mint and last but not least some fresh lemongrass. You obviously will need a kettle to boil the water, but most importantly, you need a large teapot and a strainer. If you’re lucky, your teapot will have a strainer in it.
Take 2 teaspoons of your green tea and place them into the teapot. This is going to be the base of your flavor in the tea.
Then, add 1 teaspoon of fennel seeds and half of a teaspoon of mint.
Next, take a lemongrass stem, chop a half of it and then light crush it. Then, add to the teapot.
When all the flavors are in the teapot, add some boiling water. Leave it to rest for 5 minutes. Next, remove the brew and pour the tea into the cups. That is what to drink in the morning or after workout.
