  • Potatoes 2 kg
  • Olive oil 50 ml or butter 70 g or goose fat 70 g
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • Rosemary 30 g with olive oil 10 ml and vinegar 10 ml
  • Thyme 20 g with 3 bay leaves
  • Sage 20 g with 20 g of clementine zest
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Cooking Instructions:

  1. There are 3 ways of cooking roast potatoes for your festive dinner. Peel your potatoes and boil for 10 minutes in salted boiling water. Then, drain your potatoes.
  2. Next, take a tray, and here you have 3 options of using different fats. You can use olive oil, butter or goose fat. Add your chosen fat into the baking tray. If you use olive oil this dish is vegetarian.
  3. Put your potatoes into a baking tray. Make sure that there is one layer of your potatoes. Season your potatoes with salt and pepper. Place your potatoes into the oven and roast for half an hour at 190 degrees.
