- 6 big sardines
- Fennel seeds 1 teaspoon
- 1 chilli
- 4 cloves of garlic
- Fresh parsley 20 g
- Olive oil
- First, preheat your oven. Take a big roasting tray and place your gutted sardines in it. Sprinkle some olive oil, along with a teaspoon of fennel seeds.
- Next, slice one chilli and add to your fish. Then, squash in 4 cloves of garlic.
- Squeeze juice of half a lemon and add 20 g of fresh sliced parsley. Finally, season your fish with salt and ground black pepper. Give the fish a nice toss to make sure that it is covered with species.
- Cooked is when it is crispy and golden. Cook your sardines for 10 minutes at 200 degrees C.
