Three Egg French Omelette


  • 3 whole eggs
  • Butter 30 g
  • Olive oil
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Cooking Instructions:

  1. First, crack 3 whole eggs into a large bowl. Then, continuously whisk the eggs for 3 minutes to make them like a mousse. Season the eggs with salt and pepper.
  2. Heat your pan and add 1 teaspoon of olive oil. Pour the egg into the pan. Do not move and shake your omelet. Add the butter after about 4-5 minutes on the bottom of the pan. Raise the edges of your omelet and add 30 g of butter. Then, take off the heat.
  3. Make sure that you leave it off the heat for 5 minutes to finish cooking. Then, fold your omelet. You can add cheese or other toppings.
