  • 14 eggs
  • Rosemary 3 sprigs
  • Olive oil
  • Salt

Cooking Instructions:

  1. This recipe is a great interpretation of Yorkshire pudding with amazing sausages and delicious gravy. For this dish you will need 9 good-quality sausages. Take 1 sausage and squeeze it onto the pan and break it with a spoon.
  2. 8 sausages left go into the deep baking tray. Drizzle your sausages with some olive oil.
  3. Take another deep baking tray and pour half of centimeter of olive oil. Place two trays into the oven, one with sausages and other one with olive oil, for 10 minutes at 200 degrees C.
  4. Take 3 big red onions slice them, and place into the pan with a sausage. Season with salt and pepper. Fry for about 20 minutes. Then, add 2 tablespoons of brown sauce, 1 teaspoon of grain mustard and 2 tablespoons of plain flour. Next, add 1 chicken cube. Then, add 700 ml of boiling water. Cook for 20-25 minutes.
  5. Now make pudding batter. You will need 700 g of plain flour. Season it with a pinch of salt. Then, add 500 ml of milk and then, 450 ml of good beer. Whisk it up. Crack 14 eggs in. Whisk again.
  6. Then, you will need to pour the batter into your trays as quickly as possible, but safely. Before that, place some fresh rosemary into each tray. Next add the batter into each tray. Close the door of the oven and do not open it till the pudding is ready. It will take 30 minutes.
  7. Serve this dish with some greens and gravy.
